Official Rules & Terms
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Alloy Apparel End of Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 A.M. CST, August 24, 2015, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. CST, September 11, 2015. The winner will be notified on or about September 12, 2015.
SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tall Women Resource (the “Sponsor”) which can be found online at www.tall-women-resource.com.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER
Leave a comment in the form on the Sweepstakes page stating which clothing item(s) from Alloy Apparel you would love to try. Then complete your submission by following the instructions here.
Limit one (1) entry per person per email address. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
Entrants will need to provide a valid and active email address in order to be notified of any winnings. The email provided will only be used for this purpose.
All entries become the property of Tall Women Resource and will not be acknowledged or returned.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Once the Sweepstakes has closed, the winner will be drawn randomly through Rafflecopter, which uses Random.org, from among all entries received.
The winning entry will be verified. In the event the winning entry fails to comply with the entry task or cannot be verified, participant chooses to forfeit that entry and another winner will be chosen.
The Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email on or about September 12, 2015, and must respond within seven (7) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. If the original winner does not respond within the seven-day period, an alternate winner will be chosen at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE
The Sweepstakes winner will receive a $100 gift card to Alloy Apparel (www.alloyapparel.com). The gift card will be mailed to the winner within six (6) weeks after responding to the winner notification email as stated above. Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
ODDS OF WINNING
The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Tall Women Resource's privacy policy.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
By participating, entrants agree to the official Sweepstakes rules.
Entrants assume the total responsibility of knowing their local laws in regard to Sweepstakes and are subject to any local, state, national, or international laws. Tall Women Resource accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.
Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Tall Women Resource of all rights in the entry, including all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant, and the unconditional right to use the entry for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
In the event that the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Tall Women Resource in its sole discretion, the Sweepstakes will either be suspended to address the impairment or terminated, in which case, the prize will be awarded to a winner drawn at random from the eligible entries received up to the time of termination.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on the prize.
By entering, participants release Tall Women Resource from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
